Come together with loved ones and friends and enjoy our weekly entertainment.
Zoom is a new way of connecting people! Through the power of technology, Engaging Activities brings our interactive sessions to individuals both at home and those living in care.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, people are generally facing an unprecedented level of isolation. Meaningful engagement is needed more than ever during these times. We recognise this is a serious problem and want to bring our fun and stimulating sessions into people’s homes or the care environment in a way which is safe for everyone.
The Zoom online format allows us to share all sorts of media (both planned and spontaneously) which gives sessions a different dimension to face-to-face entertainment.
Here’s what some of our Zoom clients say:
“During COVID Craig… started using zoom which has been successful, it has helped with the mental health of the residents in this difficult period and the staff members too, who love to join in with his sessions”.
Danni – Manager – Hambrook Meadows
“Ruth has been unable to visit for a few month’s due to the ‘lock down’ so Craig has taken over with ZOOM sessions on the big screen, which in this unprecedented time has been a great help in stimulating and enhancing the mood in the home……The staff seem to be enjoying the ZOOM session as much as the clients”.
